When we decided to sell our home for 23 years in Woodbridge, we could not decide which realtor to list our house. Friend of us Angel gave us a piece of
note pad with Doris' information on it and told us "she is a very nice lady".

A very nice lady indeed, Doris never talks things unnecessary while we are communicating, something like we Taiwanese say "5, 4, 3" and she would make sure we understood each other, and nothing would go wrong. She has been very punctual, and responses quickly with competent professional knowledge. As a matter of fact, she also gave me a hand to help dealing
with the termite company which I had hard time to deal with previously and lower down my cost.

It is not easy to sell a house three weeks after listing, especially during this so called buyer's market. Her network is working; Doris dedicates time to her clients; understand the needs from both the seller and the buyer.

My husband and I are very happy and enjoyed our relationship with her during the sale and definitely will recommend her service to anyone we know.
